RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RW Beniamin Hubbins of Astwood y. 26. d. ☾ h: 1: p: m: Novemb. 20 1620. swelled in his left leg: yesterday his right leg was swelled but now it is come into his left leg: payned in his left eare, & so downewards. had a purge 10 dayes since w^ch wrought well & he was much the better for it: now worse then he was. complayneth more of heate then of colde then of heate. did complayne at the first more of heate then of colde. cannot sleepe.
