RN Iane fish^r 12\5/ yeres old cōplayneth of her stomacke & an arising vpward & not downeward. Apr. d {sic} 3 die ♂ h. 11. 30. ant m. 1599. cannot digest a yellowish wat^r.

RN Sybill Assaby of Olny 34 yeres old. troubled w^th a thing y^t riseth in her throote greater at the full of the moone thē ells. leek a crembe of led troubleth her hed. & rūneth. March 20 die ♂ h. 2. 1599. troubled in her chest.

RN Elisabeth Smith 30 yeres old 9 yeres maried. never had Child it cometh by fits twice a weeke of a good colour red faced & fill {sic} of blood lieth in her hed & so ariseth from her hart & stomack vnto her hed. her face & syde swelleth. her vrine is red & full of rags. came in her owne son & then was very well of Decemb. 4 die ☾ h. 2. 1598. dwelleth at Emerten right side of her hed.¹

RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|
