Agnes Cowly was Delivered vppon weddensday morning {sic} of a little boy tuesday night. RN An Samon of Betchington Mill. 43. sick ever sinc tuesday was sennet. sent by her husband this 19 of Aprill die ♃. h. 8. 12. mi ant m: 1599. cōplayneth of her stomack thenc goeth into her teethe. & so into her hed. her youngest Child. halfe a ye{re} old.

RN Goody Ashbournour greatly complayneth sinc yesterday of the headach & the gr{eat} paine therof cannot rest. her face is mutch swollen therewith. maij 2. die ☿. h. 7. 15 ant. m. 1599. about 40 yeres

RN Edmund Hauckings of Newport 47|8| yeres old came to me reasonable well for ought I could ceave amisse & not sound in body any time 10 yees {sic} commonly at this time of the yeare but taketh him at Alhollantide & holdeth him vnto the springe of the yeare. came for my consell him selfe this 15 of Decemb^r die ♀ h. 9. 54. 1598. of a high reddish Colour of a black hed & beard. this disease hath greeved him a Chilly Cold in his hed.
