RN It tooke Iohn Odyll Decēmb 9 ☾ in extremely. about 8. 30 ant m 1622 had it before but thē in great extremely & swounded. & so did onc or twice before & fomed & draweth his mouth.

RN M^r Anth: Kinge had a master fits {illeg}|t|his morning betw sinc 3 in the morning & another strong fit about seaven & halfe an houre after it hath an Arising thin in his throat ready to strangle him

U[1628–30] Thomas write {illeg} was borne on \the next/ satterday at night after on michelmus was twelmounth, betweene a 11 or 12 at|or| i3, a Clock but cam to me at 1 of clock, y^e 14^th: of march 1630./

had a quiuorin & sounding on michelmus last & 3 Dayes the after y^e small pox & then at shroftide & this last night had 3 fitts after the same manner a boue saide, being y^e 13^th Day complaines on the head & heauie & apt to sleepe

RN The Lady Alce had sore fits of the mother in the morning Septēb 18 ♂ h. 9 ant m 1632¹

RN mres Hilsdon of litl Amptill litle parke. 40 y Iuly 6. h {sic} hor. 10. 50 ant m. 16i6 It tooke her on thursd is troubled w^th many fits as they suppose of y^e mother yet when she is quiet hath no fect senc yet is quiet & patient. & {sic}

RN my lord Mordants litle child ten weekes on satt last it was borne the 19 of marh {sic} last betweene 10 & 11 in y^e morning. it was healthfull vntill weddensday last. may 25. h. 4. 30 ant m it was taken w^th a stretching out of the arms a galling of the eys & skryking & trēbling of all tes vppon may 26. it had 3 fits 2 in y^e morning. & on at noone. & hath an arising in y^e throte w^ch is seene & felt. & by holding downe by hand hath some ease & it riseth moore. the left syde of the throate. sent to me Iune 2. ♃ h. 8 ant m. 1625.

RN Mres katherin Latymer halfe a yere hath convulsion fits of face mouth & necke about 3 weekes. Ap. 25 ☿ h. 6. 20 p m 1632

RN Robart Rogars of Heyford 2 y & a halfe. it did fome at mouth & did stare, a weeke sinc. & hath burning & sweates & is very hot.

RN M^r Rich: Clarke of the Whitlewood forest. 56. y. Iuly. 4 h {sic}. hor 10. ant m 1618 |a quartyne sinc milkemas shortȳded {sic} taketh away his sences & eysight when the fit cōmeth belly chest.|
