RN The Lady West & the Lady de Lespencer sent for Mres Crosts to goe to her grandmotter Dup & not to come Home to thē for feare of relapse

& sent me 5l for mrs Crosts & the lady West a peece for her child.

Mres Crost was willed for feare of relapse to goe to her Grandmother Dup for a while I wished her to stay vntill the 8 of May 8.
