SRN Iohn Ward his Sonne troubled many tymes w{ith} Convulsiue fitts.

RN Decēb 22. ☉ h. 2. 40|5| p m 1622 swounded & fomed & his mouth Drawen backward. & at night had another fit & this swounded 4 tymes yesterd daye
