RN Mres Elis Ienings. correpta subite morbo valde violento. instar mortuæ martij 17. ☉. h. 12. p m. 1622. |{n}o motion of life strang convulsiva| her extremest fit it lasted 4 or 5 houres

RN It tooke Iohn Odyll Decēmb 9 ☾ in extremely. about 8. 30 ant m 1622 had it before but thē in great extremely & swounded. & so did onc or twice before & fomed & draweth his mouth.

RN Henry Quaynton of Arnecot by Oxford borne a yere & a month sinc on g fryday fortnight before good fryday about 8 at night. his father came \a/ litle after Candlemas last & had a drink for him w^ch did mutch good yet had 3 fits sinc Lent but came to me Ap. 27 h {sic} hor 3. p m 1633 |pat  fil sine consensu| /fometh & frotheth & stareth\

RN An Smyth of Stony stratford 30 y mayed {sic} feb. 20 h {sic} hor 3. p m. 1619. 12 days sick. lyeth like a Chisone {sic} child all the day & always at night behave her selfe like a bedlome & hath in her mad fits cut of a great peece of her tongue cānot sleepe these 12 days but lyeth broad awake

RN Susan Blundell had a fit about 1 post m. in my howse her moth^r demaundeth the cause therof & about that time it taketh her in the day time. & about 6 a clock at night. Aug. 20 die ☉ h 1. p m. 1598.
