RN M^res Blundell went w^th her Daughters water w^c was white as milke & very thick & muddy to have his opinion Octob. 6. die ♀ h. 11. 38. 1598. it hath Diverse colours & white & yallowe in the middle & stone in bottom

RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN \Alce Knight./ Baal Goody Baal for Rogar Knights wif of Newport Lathbury 40 yeres old Alce Knight in childbed this month. not hart sicke but taken w^th a shivering in the bottome of her bodye & so cometh vpwards y^t shee cannot hold still her mouthe shee doth shiver exceedingly it holdeth all day & night. w^th some litle intermission. nor|t| hart sick nor any other where but w^th y^t shivering not churched. RN Iohn Connyngham 7 yeres old satterday sennet after miklemas daye sick this 12 moneth. cōplayneth most of his hed & hath a weake stomack. was wonte to have white water leeke dregs of a tub. very thick of a pale & whitish Colour. a longe visage. Decēb. 4. h. 11. the child came hither.

RN Iohn Bynion of Wouson magna 3 yeres old vppō Miklemas last day last in the after noone betwixt 2 & 3. p m. pater quærit  filio male se habet capite pectore water very white s face pale leane bodyed sick ever sinc he was borne a quart^r old full of bleache Decēb. 8. die ♀ h. 9. 45 ant m. 1598

RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Ihone Smith for her Daught^r who hath voyded 19 wormes & Doth vomit vp every thing it tooke her againe on friday last Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 8. 15. ant m. 1598. a good water but full of cloudes.

RN Frauncis Marshall of Newport very strangly can scarce speake, only maketh signes for water to coole her her mouth is furred white w^th extreeme heate taketh her Drinke by a quill. first bound but y^t I gave her vnbound her nowe in a laske & extreeme hot & drye Decēb. 12. die ♂ h. 9. 30. mi ant m 1598. troubled in her sleepe.
