RN my lord Mordants litle child ten weekes on satt last it was borne the 19 of marh {sic} last betweene 10 & 11 in y^e morning. it was healthfull vntill weddensday last. may 25. h. 4. 30 ant m it was taken w^th a stretching out of the arms a galling of the eys & skryking & trēbling of all tes vppon may 26. it had 3 fits 2 in y^e morning. & on at noone. & hath an arising in y^e throte w^ch is seene & felt. & by holding downe by hand hath some ease & it riseth moore. the left syde of the throate. sent to me Iune 2. ♃ h. 8 ant m. 1625.

GJ M^r Mathew Claver of Foskett. sent his water w^th a letter April. 6. ☿ ho. 10. 6 a m. 1603 Wherin he Complayneth of a trembling hastynes and fulnes of his head & sences his body full of wynde, a great noyse in his left eare many tymes troubled w^th a stitche in the small of his backe. It is pyned & cōsumed belly hard & voydeth wormes living 6. wasteth in the body. was nurced by goody Keburne. goody Keburne came into another nurces house & would needes suckle it, wheath^r the nurce would or no & sinc mutch amys & it swounded twice to day belly very hard flesh quite wasted was not well tended by goody Keburne face swelled buttocke black & blewe. cānot stand vppon the lyms the child p^rsent w^th goody Alton of Moulsoe it did batle well vnder this nurce vntill goody Keburne her former nurce would suckle it force tooke some surfet.
