RN Iohn Lane of Shenly troubled w^th the stone cholick Aprill. 19 1599. die ♃ h. 12. 1. 1. {sic} w^th a payne in his kidneys. & raynes. y^t maketh him pisse blood

RN Michaell Simpson of Woulverton 40 y. August 22 die ☿ h. 11. 15. ant m. 1599 it cōmeth on him as an ague payneth him in his chest back head. feareth wormes because he hath bene sore tormented.

RN Goody Honour cōplayneth of a paine in her hart throbbing & beating leeke an ague came on her at the first. shee sweateth with it y^t on may wring her cloathes at 2|A|pr. 18 die ☿ h. 2 30. mi. p m. 1599.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson mill. l 72 yeres old sick in L {sic} his body this 2 or 3 yeres about his \6 weekes./ he cōplayneth \of his navell/ it is sore & rūneth a|i|t reeseth at his navell leek an oake water. it looketh red & is rawe. he hath the cholick w^th all & y^t for this 7 yeres: maketh water very often. he thinketh his teeth to {stink} in his hed. & his feete to Double vnder him die ☿. h. 12. 15. 1598 he sent me a dish of oates he is a fuller. novemb. 8. 1598.

RN Thomas Hooton for his extreeme payne in his hed & eyes leek a megrim. Novemb. 18 die ♄ hor. 10. 9. 1598.¹

RN Margaret Booker of Newport. 20. amisse this fortnight arm left leeke an ache. vexeth & troubleth all her bodye 22 of March. die ♃. h. 9. 30. ant m. {in}|ca|nnot rest tr maketh her Crye. a hie coloured water & red her courses stopt this quart^r never had thē kindly. leeke an ague

RN Susan Simons of Brodwell 40 yeres old. hath bene mightely troubled w^th a iandish an itch a paine in her hed. & a swelling in her left leg y^t itcheth wounderfully. maij 5 die ♄. h. 3. 22. mi. p m. 1599. not well this 7 yeares. sinc shee had a iaundish. very drie.

RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. Spencers broth^r in lawe & farnewels brother.

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.

RN Will: Venter of Sawford troubled w^th a Cold very shortwinded & payned w^th a Cough & his hart sore. 31 yeres troubled w^th it this fortnight / Apr. 27 die ♀ h. 11. 15. ant m. lay first in his hed. & in his neck ready to stop his winde./

RN Iohn Windmill of Yardly Gubbin a twelmoneth old & as mutch as candelmas the sunday after candlemas. came & brought her Child y^t was payned in the body & had divers fi strange fits. but before it tooke it had a fit of an ague before it. not v this beating & panting began on friday night w^th a quivering & shakings of the belly & armes Apr. 10. die ♂ h. 7. ant m. 1599 goeth had|r|d to grounde cryeth

RN G {sic} Ione Hatch of Simpson 53. payned in her hed & back & every where. & hath a great mist over her eyes. / sent to me for phisick was vp taketh her as an ague very Cold. & litle hot. Apr 27. die ♀ h. 3. ps m {sic}. 1599.

RN Andrew Knighte of Newport 36. for the winde cholicke this moneth. & stone red sand & changeth it into blood as big as a {fe}tch somewhat yellowe. forced to \purge/ fleme yellowe Chollour in great abundanc right syde of the reanes of his back & so rūneth to the bottome of his belly. vrine hot & cōplexion w^thout the fit. Novemb. 8. die ☿ h. 3. 2. 52. m. p m. 1598. extreeme payne in side & backe.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/
