RN Water Cheese of Stony stratford borne the last night being ☉ about betwixt 5 & six 20 weekes sinc. her disease & first fit tooke it feb 21 ♃ h 4. p m 1611. it did shake w^th the hands & wryteth {sic} y^e mouth & hed & clutcheth the hands & grypeth. & falleth. the first daye 2 fits. yesterday & this day may {sic} fits.

GJ M^r Mathew Claver of Foskett. sent his water w^th a letter April. 6. ☿ ho. 10. 6 a m. 1603 Wherin he Complayneth of a trembling hastynes and fulnes of his head & sences his body full of wynde, a great noyse in his left eare many tymes troubled w^th a stitche in the small of his backe. RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.

RN Ione Barnwell of husb. Crowlye 26 y. 3 weekes married. but was ill ever since Christmas & was wont to bleede at the nose \& mouth/ mutch looketh ill & hath a drye cough & shaketh her very mutch. her wat^r of a very good colour. shortwinded.
